​1. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our policy depends on the tour type. Refund amounts decrease as the departure date approaches:
Private Tours: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before departure.
Group Tours: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before departure.
Overnight Tours: Full refund if cancelled 45+ days before departure.
Peak Season/National Holiday Tours: Full refund only if cancelled at least 44 days before departure.
No-Shows: No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

2. Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Private Tours: Dates can be modified via [My Booking]. If booked through a partner agency, please contact them directly.
Group Tours: Dates cannot be changed, but member substitution may be possible—please contact us.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. Transaction fees may be deducted depending on payment method.

4. What happens if the minimum number of participants is not met?
If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be cancelled. You will be notified via email or SMS at least 7 days before departure.

5. Are refunds available for unused services during a tour?
No refunds are available for unused services such as meals, tickets, or transportation.

6. I booked through a third-party website. Does your refund policy apply?
If booked via Klook, Viator, or another platform, their cancellation and refund policies apply. Please check their terms and contact their support team directly.

7. How is my personal information used?
We collect information necessary for booking, payment, support, and safety management. Passport details may be required for DMZ tours or accommodation packages. Optional details, such as nationality or preferences, may be used for customization. Health information may also be requested to ensure safety.

8. Do you share my personal information with third parties?
We share information only with partners (hotels, transport providers, etc.) as needed to fulfill your booking, or with OTAs/government authorities when required by law.

9. Do you use cookies?
