These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using services provided by Joyful Journey Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) through its website and mobile platform (hereinafter “Platform”), and define the rights and responsibilities of users and the Company.
User : A person aged 18 or older who registers and uses the Company’s services.
Non-member : A person who uses limited services without registering.
Travel Product : Products such as tours, accommodations, transportation, and experiences provided by the Company or its partners.
Name Matching & ID Verification : All bookings must match the name on the traveler’s passport, and ID verification may be required.
The Company provides the following services
1. Search, booking, and payment of travel products
2. Sending confirmation via email/SMS
3. Access to itinerary and “My Page”
4. Personalized recommendations and customer support
1. All content (text, images, logos, etc.) on the Platform belongs to the Company or its partners and must not be used without permission.
2. The following actions are prohibited: identity theft, system manipulation, automated bookings, unauthorized reproduction of content.
1. Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, international wire transfer, etc.
2. Currency: Korean Won (KRW) or US Dollar (USD)
3. Confirmation is sent via email or SMS after payment.
1. All Joyful Journey tour products are subject to different cancellation and refund conditions depending on the type of tour (individual/group/overnight) and season (peak/non-peak).
2. All cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy specified by the Company.
3. The following general principles apply
The closer to the tour date, the lower the refund amount.
No refunds are given for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
In case of force majeure or Company-initiated cancellations, a full refund or alternative option will be provided.
1. Travelers are fully responsible for their own health, physical condition, belongings, and safety.
2. The Company is not responsible for:
Inability to complete tours due to pre-existing health conditions
Accidents, injuries, or crimes during personal free time
Theft or loss of personal items during overnight stays
Injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines
Issues arising from partners or service provider failure
3. The Company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. It is not responsible for losses resulting from non-subscription.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and restricted access to the Company’s services.
The Company is not liable for
Schedule changes or delays caused by partners
Passport, visa, or immigration issues
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Traveler’s negligence or personal matters
If these Terms are updated, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. A summary comparison of changes may be provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We collect the following personal information for the purposes of registration, booking, payment, customer support, and tour safety management

Date of birth, nationality, emergency contact, travel preferences
③ Conditional Information (if applicable)
For safety reasons, we may collect limited health information (e.g., pregnancy, heart conditions) prior to physical activity-based tours. This data is used only for eligibility and operational purposes.
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes:
1. Booking, payment, and issuing confirmation documents
2. Identity verification and customer communication
3. Handling refunds and schedule modifications
4. Assessing health condition for tour eligibility
5. Statistical analysis and customized service recommendations
6. Legal compliance and dispute resolution
Personal data is destroyed without delay after the purpose is fulfilled. However, it may be retained for a certain period as required by law or for resolving disputes.

Contracts and cancellations: 5 years
Payments and service: 5 years
Complaints, refund claims, and disputes: 3 years
Personal information may be shared with third parties only in the following cases
1. Shared with partners (e.g., hotels, transportation, activity providers) for booking fulfillment
2. Shared with OTAs (e.g., Klook, Viator) when the booking is made through them
3. When legally required by courts or government authorities
We may outsource the following tasks to trusted external service providers:
Payment processors (e.g., Eximbay, Toss, Inicis)
SMS and email notification providers
1. For refund processing, additional information such as account or card details may be collected. This data will be used solely for refunds and deleted immediately after completion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your data at any time.
