🏨 Accommodation: Accommodation is provided in 3-star or 4-star hotels, selected based on location, availability, and customer preferences. Hotels are chosen to ensure comfort, convenience, and proximity to key attractions. Upgrades or customizations (e.g., 5-star hotels, boutique stays, or specific room types) can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional costs.

🍽️ Meals: Breakfast is served daily at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are optional and can be pre-arranged in advance or enjoyed independently at local restaurants. Meal times are flexible and may be adjusted to suit the day’s schedule. If you wish to include lunch or dinner in your itinerary, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Kindly also inform us of any dietary preferences or restrictions (e.g., Muslim-friendly, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) to help us prepare suitable meal options.

☀️ Summer Conditions: Please note that temperatures in Jeju Island during summer can range from 24°C to 31°C, with high humidity and occasional heat waves. As this is a summer tour, guests should be prepared for warm and humid conditions, especially during outdoor activities such as beach visits, waterfall exploration, and coastal walks. Occasional heavy rainfall or sudden thunderstorms may occur, particularly in July and August. Please bring lightweight, breathable clothing, sun protection (hats, sunglasses, sunscreen), and comfortable walking shoes.

🌦️ Weather & Schedule Changes: The itinerary may be adjusted due to heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme heat. Outdoor activities such as hiking, beach walks, or sightseeing along coastal paths may be rescheduled or replaced for safety reasons. Some scenic areas may be temporarily closed due to flooding or slippery conditions; in such cases, alternative attractions or indoor activities will be arranged.

💰 Rates: Prices are per person, based on twin share/double occupancy.

⚙️ Customizations: Any extra customization (such as special requests, itinerary changes, or upgraded vehicle/hotel options) is subject to availability and additional costs.

🛏️ Triple Rooms: Available upon request only. If not available, one twin/double and one single room will be provided at the guest’s own expense.

🚗 Car Usage: Vehicle service is available for up to 10 hours per day. Extra hours will incur a $35 per hour surcharge.

🚐 Vehicle & Luggage: Vehicle type depends on group size and cannot be changed. To ensure appropriate vehicle allocation and smooth logistics, please inform us in advance of the total number of travelers, carriers, and pieces of luggage you will have. Vehicles have limited luggage capacity, especially cars with 4 seats or fewer. If you require additional space, please request an upgrade before your travel date.

👶 Baby Seats: Available upon request; additional charges may apply depending on type and quantity.

👧 Child Policy:

● Child with bed (2–8 years): 100% of adult rate
● Child without bed (2–8 years): 75% of adult rate

🛡️ Insurance: Personal travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended.
